banana almonds smoothie

During summer time we try to skip dinner .That does not mean that no food.intake.Instead of having heavy and spicy one prefers something  healthy and  smoothing .So here is a healthy smoothie with banana and almonds,


Ingredients required

For serving four people

3 glasses of milk

1/2 cup fresh yogurt

2 bananas (cut into 1/2" pieces)

1/4 cups almonds

8 strawberries  (optional)

Pour  all the ingredients in mixer jar and blend it for 5 minutes.

Smoothie is ready to serve.
