vegetable soup

 Soup is a good option for dinner  after a heavy lunch.
 Ingredients

1 medium size potato
4 tomatoes
2 carrots
2 table spoon cream or malai
1/4 teaspoon grounded pepper
salt to taste

Peel and dice potatoes.Dice tomatoes .Wash and cut carrots.In pressure cooker with 3 cups water add all diced vegetables and heat till 2 whistles.After 10 minutes open the cooker.When the contents are not so hot to put into mixer then grind in the mixer to a smooth  liquid..Strain the mixture through a sieve.Let it boil again for 2 minutes .Switch off the flame and sprinkle pepper and salt .While serving put a dollop of fresh cream or malai.
Serve hot.
